CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR BUSINESS PLAN
BUSINESS PLAN METHODOLOGY
Our method is simple, enabling us to produce a business plan that is fit for purpose within three weeks (15 business days), which compares with up to 400 hours (i.e. three to five months) spent on average by entrepreneurs according to the Small Business Administration of the United States. Our business plan preparation process can be divided into two distinct phases – the First Draft phase and the Revision Phase. It takes a mere six substantive steps from the point of engaging us to the point of finalising your business plan.
STEP 1
Contact TOP Writers and inquire about/order your business plan. A dedicated Project Manager will get in touch with you shortly after to discuss details of your project and quote you the best price based on the agreed scope of work.
STEP 2
Sign the service agreement. A questionnaire will follow, which you will be required to fill in with as many details regarding your intended business as possible for our writers to gain sufficient knowledge about the project.
STEP 3
Our writers will evaluate the questionnaire and raise any additional queries and concerns regarding the business model to you for clarification before proceeding further with the project.
STEP 4
Upon receiving complete information, our team will commence developing the business plan. This will involve substantiating the business strategy through a mix of creative and argumentative writing, market research, and financial projections and analysis.
STEP 5
The first draft will be submitted to you for review. You are welcome to raise any concerns and issues, rectify any of our assumptions or errors, and provide your feedback for our consideration during the Revision Phase.
STEP 6
We will revise the business plan, engage you in a discussion where necessary to clarify your concerns. Once the final business plan is delivered, we will schedule a final call with you to make sure that you have completely and accurately understood the plan.
