BUSINESS PLAN METHODOLOGY

Our method is simple, enabling us to produce a business plan that is fit for purpose within three weeks (15 business days), which compares with up to 400 hours (i.e. three to five months) spent on average by entrepreneurs according to the Small Business Administration of the United States. Our business plan preparation process can be divided into two distinct phases – the First Draft phase and the Revision Phase. It takes a mere six substantive steps from the point of engaging us to the point of finalising your business plan.

STEP 1
